We want you to love every purchase from The Home Society. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@thehomesociety.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been washed, used, or removed from original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked clearly on the product page)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
