A face towel set of 6 that earns its place by the sink. Six white cotton face towels at 30cm x 30cm, each one SILVERbac by Martex with silver infused fibers that inhibit odor causing bacteria, mold, and mildew. Face towels get used more and washed more than anything else in the bathroom, which is exactly where protection that never washes away pays off. A practical washcloth set for busy households.
Six of the same size is a different proposition to a mixed set. If your bath and hand towels are already sorted, six matching face towels means the small ones stop running out mid week and every one of them still matches. At 425 GSM cotton towels these sit at the everyday weight, absorbent without taking all day to dry on the rail.
The silver is built into the fiber rather than applied as a finish, which is why it does not wash out the way a spray or coating would. That is the whole point of SILVERbac, and it is why Martex sells the same white cotton towels to hotels and healthcare. If you want a thicker face towel, the 670 GSM premium set is the plusher option.
What's included:
- 6 x Face towel 30cm x 30cm, 425 GSM
Bought separately these six towels come to $18.00. As a set, $15.
Every towel we sell lists its own exact size and GSM in the description above. This guide explains what those numbers mean.

What GSM means
GSM is grams per square metre, the weight of the cotton. Higher means thicker and more absorbent, but slower to dry.
| Weight | Feel |
|---|---|
| 300 to 450 GSM | Light and dries quickly. Good for the gym, the beach and guest use. |
| 450 to 600 GSM | Everyday bathroom weight. Soft with solid absorbency. |
| 600 to 950 GSM | Thick hotel weight. The plushest and most absorbent, takes longer to dry. |
